Most annoying phrases

An a guy I used to work with managed to start nearly every sentence with "It's basically a case of..." or "What it boils down to". Annoying at first, funnier as time went by.

If we were really lucky he'd combine the two into "What it basically boils down to, its a case of...", which doesn't really make any sense at all.

The worst, and I mean THE WORST is when someone working on a till says, "Well done." after the transaction has completed. It makes me feel quite violent.
