The tax system ought to be abolished - a basic Citizens weekly allowance of 100 pounds should be credited to all UK citizens irreespective of income or employement status - that would allow the liquidation of the Social Security and HMR offices.

Health care on a private insurance basis - generous discounts on health insurance for those whom do not use the service.

The hindermost - to the Devil .

The hindermost may see things differently and may express their different viewpoint in ways you don't like. I think it was the future (Tory) Lord Hailsham who said of plans to create a welfare state something like: 'Let us give then their social reform or they will give us social revolution.'

The hindermost (provdiing they are UK citizens) will receive a generous 100 pounds a week as part of their UK citizens allowance - if they blow it all down the Bingo then too bad.

If they are not UK citizens and cant be bothered working - no work - no chuck.
