    Alfa Romeo Spider was voted 2007’s gay car of the year. With 87 points it edged out models like: Mini Cooper, Bentley Continental GTC, BMW Z4 Coupe or Volkswagen Eos.

    The Spider is available in two versions, there is the choice of either sparkling 185 hp 2.2 JTS engine or the powerful 260 hp 3.2 JTS.

          5th Gear crashed a giant 2 tonne 940 Volvo Estate into a tiny little Renault Modus at a combined speed of 80 mph.

          The occupants of the little tin can Renault would have walked away with bruising and the occupants of the Volvo would now be in the chapel of rest.

          That might surprise a few people.
