    SAS - help!

First day, new gig. Just had a brief on the project and its all based on SAS, which I've never encountered.

It wasn't a requirement of the gig and I don't have it on my CV so I'm assuming its not a big deal to pick up?

I've ordered a copy of "SAS for Dummies" - are there any other recommendations for info? I'm a tester not a developer so I need a noddy guide rather than something aimed at gurus.

By the way I'm very glad I bought this 3 mobile broadband thing (see my post in Technical) as of course I have no laptop, login etc. Its working well on my personal laptop.

What exactly are you doing with SAS? If it wasn't a gig requirement they can't expect you to know it, surely.
    Hard Brexit now!

Just post your questions in Technical for either sasguru or myself to answer...for a small fee obviously.

That's what happens when you stop doing SAS development...

Come on mbriody, if SG is viewed as an "egg-spurt", how hard can it be?

"SAS for Dummies": be very careful with the practical assignments in Chapter 4 - "Man Traps & One-Blow Killing Techniques". It's shameful that the SAS are allowed to publish such dangerous stuff.
