          Boring as hell, but I'd (a) keep working (b) donate at least 75% of it to the two charities that I'm involved with and (c) use the rest to pay off my mortgage.
          Have patience. In time, even grass becomes milk.

                Why not pay off mortgage and keep enough by to live on, then work full time for the charities, raising money until you retire? It's what I'd do...
