    Divorce

Chaps, I have made an awful discovery about my other half last night, we have not been living like a married couple for years, but I stayed for the sake of the kids, now I discovered some awful financial plots undertaken by my other half, obviously in an attempt to destroy me, plus my life is made a complete misery every single day with arguments over money, I have been paying for everything, but still more and more being drained out of me.

I need a good divore solicitor, someone who can act fast to split the assets ASAP, am worried I am going to be taken under by these plots.

Also does anyone know if there is a fast track divorce process?

Try Mischon de Reya in London. They're very, very good. If a bit pricey.
Have patience. In time, even grass becomes milk.

        Shoot the bitch.

They don't come much quicker than that.

Btw, do we look like the CAB? Which is exactly where you should be now. Feck work, feck the pub, get to the CAB and act on their advice.

Btw, in the short term rescue as much cash as possible. THIS MINUTE!

And put all assets in the name of someone you TRUST.

There is a tax advantage to be had by making sure that assets are distributed in the same year as the separation.

Sorry to hear that, but sounds like you need to be draining the accounts quicker than she is.

The curse of CUK strikes again!

A friend of mine has just gotten divorced from start to finish in 6 months, but dont really know any of the details.

Your other half doesn't have shares in your company does she? if so, close that company down immediately and start a new one up before any mroe sh*t hits the fan.

              Good luck

Get someone to setup a new Ltd and invoice yours, to get the money out of there before she can stake a claim on it.

                  Q. Why is divorce so expensive?

                  A. Because it's worth it.

On reflection, that's not very helpful. Hope it works out as best it can.
