    example of wikijournalism

Ronnie Hazlehurst died last week (composer of many BBC shows), on Wikipedia it stated he wrote Sclub 7s reach for the stars, most of the broadsheets, and TV news reported that 'fact'. infact it was almost like his 'major' accomplishment.

It was infact more Wikibollocks. So now we have got to the stage where even the mainsteam news relies on such Noddy websites!

The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Private Eye? A limping corpse since numpty Hislop took over. Cook dying, Rushton dying, Foot dying, fill-in-the-blank dying hasn't helped much, either.
