a "friend of mine" was on their way to Darnassus and I believe "my friend " saw it was someone called Wobbegong who passed them in the opposite direction..

was it you?

I happened to be having a demonstration about how halloween was on warcraft and as they (being "my friend" and his character) were heading to a city (within the game) wobbegong ran past...

i have far better things to do with my time.. such as watch someone else play the game instead.. <sigh>

..although i did have a beer in hand at the time, and we did goto the pub afterwards

If he was on his way to Darnassus, I'd take a guess and say that he is Alliance, since Darnassus is an Alliance Zone and Horde don't go there (unless Raiding the City of Darnassus, which is unlikely these days).

Also, Darnassus is the Night Elf starting zone.

Finally, there's nothing for high level characters these days in Darnassus, as most people are Raiding and Levelling in Outlands.
