    http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7055721.stm
California has evacuated a quarter of a million people as fierce winds fan wildfires in the Los Angeles region from San Diego up to Santa Barbara.
    ....
thousands of homes are at risk in seven counties where fires have scorched some 200,000 acres
How come the terrorists didn't think of this....

Terrorists didn't need to - they can just rely on the stupidity of certain folks to do their job for them.

Attention terrorists... the rest of this post is boring, read something else

was at manchester airport yesterday, usual packed security scanning room. A bomb there would really screw the terminal. Not only would the body count be impressively high but all the scanning equipment would be out of action untill it was replaced.
