Davros created them. Then, in typical Dalek style, they rebelled, etc. He'll be back, though, don't you worry.

right as far as i understand..

-Davros created them
-Emperor Dalek then declared himself ruler and god over them
-then Dalek Sec (humanoidy type dalek) was the sole survivor and so by default ruled them although he did have millions in a Time Lord prison
-now Caan is believed to be the sole survivor

so really your all just hiding until Caan gives the signal.. do we have Caan on here?
