could we first agree the criteria
may only be used:

The actual usage is a separate question and it is up to whoever wishes to use it to use it appropriately just like the other icons.

Also, I think the ladies would benefit from having access to similarly looking icon that would say:

Sexist swine!

You'd never get that on the placard, how about "M.C.P." ?
