Hey SA - Can be done but I have heard it makes them a bit more fragile... so find a good jewelers!

Yes - any decent jeweller will do it for you.

Or some exercise will help tighten it for you.

but without stating the obvious.....

....don't get it done until you've stopped losing weight and have kept at a weight for a while. You don't want to have to change it again.
