So which other bank is in trouble?

It's clear that the BofE facility is being used by another bank. Who? And how long can the govt go on bailing out institutions?
    Hard Brexit now!

Why is it clear? Do you have an article I might peruse, or are you actually working under Threadneedle Street?

To be honest, if there is a bank using it quietly then that's what it should stay - quite.

Another run on a bank caused by a rampant media is the last thing we need.

On the other hand, it might just be the perfect thing to bring the property market to it's knees!
