    Secret Santa

    Hi,

I've just put my name down for secret santa at work - does this affect my IR35 status?

No-one will find out cos it's secret right!

    Cheers,

    RR.

Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Permies give anonymous gifts to each other during an "amusing" ceremony, whilst contractors get on with keeping the company profitable.

I was a Santa at a party once. The youngsters all knew I was a real Santa, because my Danish sounded like I came from a long long way aways.

A client's staff did Secret Santa a few years back. The next day I asked the person who'd organised it "so what did you get?"
In fact she'd got nothing. There were an odd number of names in the hat, and she thought that if you had an odd number, there'd be one person left over at the end without a present. So she unselfishly took her own name out, the daftie.
