Does anyone have a clever "pre-sign-contract" checklist? You know, all those important things you should find out/check before signing.... ?

Not in any particular order....

• Parking on site
• Dress Code
• Work Hours / Professional Day
• PI level required
• Contract reviewed and passed
• Payment terms agreed / written down
• Clause to allow going direct in agency goes futt
• Agency credit checked
• Holiday / Time of is notified to, not "agreed with" client
• Timesheet signing procedure agreed..
• Notice period
• Is this your first contract [troll]
