    Had a 'Coffee' with boss....

Well, he has agreed to me working 7-3 if I was to go permie.

Just waiting to see what the money on the table is.

If would not cover my travel, then would push for a car.

Failing that, looks like a fond farewell to another client as could be hard to stay on contracting if I refuse a permie offer.

    Could be an interesting week......

Run away, your soul has no price...
I've seen much of the rest of the world. It is brutal and cruel and dark, Rome is the light.

His soul is already permie (nothing wrong with that if thats what makes you happiest)

He might say that now but you will forever more get tuts and looks when you leave the office at 3pm and will be known as The Shirker over the coffee machine chat.

Your annual performance appraisals and salary rises will also match.

        Don't do it.

Like when your boss asks you at the end of a wonderful evening - "wanna come up ...for a coffee?"
