    How do you feel today?

    I'm sensing such gloom!!

I had a cry at work this morning - I never do that!

I was contemplating being dead on the way into work - how I'd feel about it, etc. very very odd, but it's my birthday, and I often act odd on my birthday.

But some of the threads today suggest that a few of us have the blues.

Is there something in the air? or are the sad just the loudest?

The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

I am very very depressed - its been a bad year for SAD. a bad summer. But good news is next Friday is shortest day - it gets better from there!

I bought myself a SAD light last March which helps me alot. Only £50 as not many takers in March...

                  Average.

Was feeling quite good - just packed up for Christmas and on the way to the airport, and then I read some threads here.

Still - try and have a happy birthday, eh, Sal!
