Just arrived at my parents' house a couple of hours ago.

Within 10 minutes they happen to mention that their computer has "not been working right" for the last few days.

So I find that the registry has been corrupted and the computer is riddled with malware.



I wanted to be down the pub by now and instead I am here trying to sort out computer problems.

I really wanted to escape this Christmas, but I've been guilted into seeing family tomorrow and yes there's a computer for me to fix.
