Get out at a decent time plan.....

Got my coat and lappie in the car boot.

Made a brew on my desk to give the illususion of still being around.

All ready to just lock my PC, leaving papers around, and monitor on, then just slip silently out of the office.....

    Have I missed anything?

What's your exit strategy for today?

Have a large sign on your desk saying "Back in a mo, got the runs and gone for a crap"
      Hard Brexit now!

Thought of that, but already lost 4 bill days due to silly season!

Still, no more boss until Wednesday.....

Down 4 days (ok, 7 days) if you include bank holidays.

Clawed back 3 days driving so not too bad....could be better.

When I've had enough - about 3pm probably, I'll log off, lock the laptop away, put my jacket on and say 'See ya folks, have a good evening' and walk out the door to go and catch a train.

Do you think it will work?

                Nah, not subtle enough.

I used to work with a bloke who would just leave a jacket over his chair so it would look like he was around, but not at his desk.

To be fair to him, he was a permie who had resigned but was being held to his three month notice period.
