Does anybody here own property in Spain ?

This may worry you if you do have. The first of many properties in the Andalucia region was demolished last week even though the buyers had completed all of the legal obligations when buying the land and building the property seven years ago.

If you have property in Spain, SELL. They are going to have a crash comparable with here.
        Hard Brexit now!

That would be a 9.5% rise over the last 12 months then? Brace yourselves.

Don't be a mug. That 9.5% annualised rise consists of 9 months of rising prices followed by 3 months of declining prices. What do you think the trend is and what do you think the annualised figure will be next time this year?
                  My prediction is -10%.

My prediction is that the Spanish will demolish as many British owned houses as it will be necessary to reduce supply of them in order to keep prices up.
