Huxley - 28 Days to pay

    Anybody dealt with huxley associates?

They claim they need to take 28 days to pay me, because I use a limited company?

Nothing unusual in that IMO. Sounds like standard B2B payment terms.

So they asume, they can have a 30 day account?

I have sent them a credit application form to fill out anyway

They will be on the same terms from the end client (if not worse). 30 days is pretty much standard, you have just got spoilt by the greater number of agencies that are willing to do a 7-10 day turnaround recently.

Good luck with that. Most customers will likely find an alternative supplier.

That would be hard for what I do. End client had a tough time finding me.

In that case you could potentially negotiate it down. Point I am trying to make is I don't think 28 days is unreasonable.

Yes sure, provided a Credit application form has been submitted and approved.
A 30 day account is not, is just not a given.
You try get a 30 Day account with your company, without a credit application form.
