    Updating my Skiing playlist

Off to the slopes tomorrow and this is now an important ritual.

Any suggestions for fast and furious/ chilled out touring tunes that have appeared in the last 12months?

If you're plugged into your iPod, you won't hear the rumble of the avalanche that's coming down the mountside towards you.

I don't have it on that loud as I still like to hear the snow.

I like to hear the snow. But I also like to have my senses as fully operational as possible when sliding down a mountain at 50+mph.

          Tomorrow, Klewenalp, I think.

Especially when you have to avoid boarders wearing full DJ style headphones who can only see to their right... unless they're 'riding goofy' of course.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

The solution is to go faster than everyone else, that way you never have to worry about what's behind you, only what's in front.

                    Works for me.

And tunes is a hard one - personally I have a specific snowboard playlist, full of hard charging songs to get me pumped. But I always leave one earpiece out.
