    Feeling awful this morning....

    Ribs sore from coughing from this bad cold doing the rounds.

    Was ok, but walked in the woods yesterday.

    Made my aching ribs a lot worse - thought the fresh air would help.

    Hence, now really painful to cough and just want to cough.

    Also, I am training people at 10am not wanting to do this.

    Wishing I was permie so I could take sick leave!

    Feels like I have broken my rib, not just bruised my intercostal muscle

          I've spent the weekend on a stag do in Amsterdam getting thoroughly wasted, I bet my cough is worse than yours
