      I would like the death penalty for all offences - motoring upwards. penalty should fit the crime so e.g. for motoring one would be made to pogo stick over the M25 at rush hour...

      I know clippy will agree with me even if no-one else will.

              I'm going to be boring and give a serious answer.

              If we had a perfect justice system and only guilty people got found guilty, I'd agree with it.

              However, the risk of killing even one innocent person means I can't agree with it.

                  By that logic, cars should be banned, police should never carry guns and the army should never go to war incase a mistake is made and someone dies.
