    Sheep Farmer Given ASBO

    It is about time the Government's ASBO law has been used against this farmer. When I lived in Bream this farmer's sheep kept breaking into my garden, breaking my fences and leaving droppings for me to pick up. I complained to the farmer but all I got was abuse. Also this farmer allowed his sheep to roam on public roads and many times I nearly lost control trying to avoid hitting one of them.
