Oooh, the anticipation of the first post is killing me.

I wonder what it will be.

Do you think they may have come to the wrong place?

Time to start a sweepstake on Ferret's response time.

      I'll go for 30 mins

This is the reason we moderate new posters' comments. So that I don't get 100 spam reports for you guys when something like this is posted

Dunno what you mean. I was looking forward to it.

Anyway, isn't first day of the month backup/restore day?

Now now ! Us toot toot boys need to stick together.

Have you any experience of CRM, I got roped in to fixing a few things this week because the consultancy developer has left and they couldn't find a replacement. Looks like it would be easy to pick up and rebadge myself and I was further encouraged by when the consultancy did send someone I seemed to know more than them after 2 days of clicking around

Sorry, MB I apologise sincerely and fully understand the stresses of trying to remember which tape has the financial records of a major bluechip and which one is the Abba party-mix.

No and the reason you couldn't get a replacement is because it's a very specialised and unrewarding field. Wouldn't bother if I was you.

Again. You have clearly failed to grasp what you are dealing with and it would take you many many years of hard work to understand the basics of a big program holding obvious customer data.

I would recommend you stop simply going down the menu path to see whats available before you break it.

OK, silly me ! It looks like I had better refuse to touch it the next time they haven't got a clue what is going on
