    A successful case of outsourcing

    ..
I've seen much of the rest of the world. It is brutal and cruel and dark, Rome is the light.

              I've outsourced my ironing.

14 T shirts, 4 pairs of trousers plus the missus' 14 tops, 4 skirts

All for £19 every 2 weeks.

              Result.

Considering it takes me 10 minutes to iron a T-shirt / top , 20 for a shirt or skirt, the time saved is well worth it.
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

                Qn

Is the ironing done in your premises though, using your iron, electricity and room space? In that case, the savings need to take this into account, hence the onshoring/offshoring argument.

Wouldn't that put the ironing contractor in a sticky IR35 position?
