Google Maps Wierd Things you have spotted

I was playing around with Google maps today and decided to go to my grandads old house, I looked at his house I could see in the image my grandad standing in the back garden, he passed away a year ago, he lived on his own and after he passed away the house was quickly bought and had an extension added, the picture doesnt show extension so it was before he died. I got someone else to confirm it was defo a person and zooming in I can make out the colour of the trousers and top he liked to wear

Anyone else spotted something wierd in google maps ?

Yeah, there's a lot of building work going on at Groom Lake. Menwith Hill is expanding too.

Well, as it so happens, due to knowing people who know and they told me, I knew when one of the satellites was tasked to take photos over where I live, so I had my car collection out of the garages and out onto the grounds.

I like to look at it every so often, it makes me smile.

Who do you think you are? Nick Mason?

Mind you I'll bet the sight of all those Astras, Escorts and Fiestas makes an impressive photo outside the flat, right?

And just how often do they take photos of Teletubbieland then?
