Well... Nobody in tonight, so this is not a sunbed. There is a UV light in what would be a loungue, but resembles more of a gypsies den. Blinds on the windows, so cannot see inside, but there is definately a UV light in the house.

Isn't this a way of growing marajuana quickly??

I use a UV fly killer to keep the pests down. If these people are doing that they must be amateurs as the light is totally blocked by the film one should put over the windows to prevent nosey neighbours curtain twitching.
