    Worst case scenario

    Hi guys,

Currently I pay myself NMW as advised by my accountants. I see threads here where people are paying something like £5k. There was another thread saying anything less than £9.5k increases the chances of an investigation.

Is this spectre of the IR investigating you really that bad?

What I mean is, if you have tight non-IR35 contracts (reviewed by experts) then is it really worth worrying about it? And surely by now many cases would have been through the courts and it would be obvious whether you would win or not??

    Cheers

Investigation by HMRC is not something you want to go through.
Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!
