My back is really bad at present, so thinking about it.....

If you've got a bad back, you probably need a firmer matress. Try sleeping on the floor for a few nights.

You need a postureapedic mattress, I don't think memory foam will do a bad back any good
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

The last thing you need if you have a bad back is a firmer bed. You need a bed that supports you properly.
