Police raid BP offices in Russia

    Linky here

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7306007.stm

Why does the picture show "THK-BP" and yet the text in the article says "TNK-BP" ?
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Every article I could find, headed with THK, but all the articles all Referenced TNK! Even the company logo is TNK over THK_BP

It's the swop between cyrillic and latin alphabet. H is pronounced 'ehn'

      HTH

        ah! got it.

In russian articles it is headed & referenced as THK only.

I think that the Russian is THK and the English is TNK so they have combined both in the logo and use TNK when referencing in english

            They raided my Russian office

I hope they left my squirrel traps undisturbed.
