Hi, I am soon to start my first IT contract with Ltd Co and would like to know what is involved regarding the actual wording/agreement/signing of the contract itself? Will it be sent to me by the Recruitment Agency for me to pass on to my [accountant? solicitor?] to give me their advise upon it, and possibly modify to ensure it is the best possible wording to enable me to cover myself as best possible against IR35?
