Canada seal cull - Still a favourite country of yours?

I often hear people say how they'd love to emmigrate to Canada, but not me. May as well live in France.

What's the big deal? I eat beef and wear leather shoes - I have no issue with cows being killed to provide me these things. But we can't kill seals because...they're cute?

Come to think of it, I haven't heard much from him since "Kiss from a rose", I guess he remains in hiding whilst all this talk of a "Seal cull" abounds.
