OK, which one of you lot is responsible for the systems at nPower? Just tried to call them and they say all of there systems are down and they can’t access my account details. They have been advised that it wont be until tomorrow afternoon before they are back.

nPower - Who did it?
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Try this: my mum had a burst pipe at the weekend. Contacted her insurers (Saga) on Saturday and they said the system does not allow access to policy details at weekends so they couldn't tell her whether she was covered or not and could she please call back on Monday.
Of course, there is also the classic one, the Companies House website, which is only available Monday to Saturday, 07:00 - 00:00. -
That's because the @rses don't understand the difference between availability and support, probably..."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."
