    Hi, is it a good idea to upload your cv to jobserve given that they may send it to out to hundreds of agencies ie is it better to send your cv to just a few select agencies.

    Jobserve dont send your cv to agencies. They hold it on their database and the agencies pay jobserve to view it. If it is free it is well worth doing
