Is a Jaffacake not a cake? Then why is it to be found with the biscuits at the supermarket?

It can live as a biscuit but it will never be one of them and deep down it knows this
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

This could be a can of worms cake. I can see opportunists rebranding their products as cakes to claim back VAT.

        e.g. the Apple iCake.
        The Majestic 12 tulip cake.
Feist - 1234. One camera, one take, no editing. Superb. How they did it

We're of one mind - I meant to say the same.

And what about wagonwheels and custard creams?

                custard creams are biscuits.

Wagon wheels isn't that the same as a double layer tea cake ?

I'm waiting for the day when NL decide that all food is a luxury (it already is for those OAP's who have to severely ration their use of electric and gas in their homes). Then we'll get MP's claiming for food as a necessary expense.

Who's side are you on? Do you *want* HMR&C to have more money?!

Are you saying something containing custard *and* cream isn't technically a cake?
