Logic goes in and out of fashion. What's sensible and appropriate one day, is irrelevant and outmoded the next. Intelligence requires information in order to function. And information fluctuates and varies. The heart is neither so fickle nor so fallible. It feels what it feels and it keeps on feeling it regardless of how things may change, or who may think what. A part of you now feels inclined to be kind. Another part suspects that that might be fruitless and futile. Trust your nicest notion.
