Correct term for "last wishes" ?

If you make a formal will, then want to add an addendum for your executors to the effect that "give this item to so-and-so and that item to that-person" there's a term for this type of document. In the US it's called "Last Wishes" I think, anyone know what this is usually called in the UK?

P.S. I know the executors are not obliged to fulfil these requests.

    TIA.

That's the will itself isn't it?!
