I need a knee reconstruction sometime soon and can't do anything high impact, I used to run alot. Has anyone been in this situation? What exercise have you done? Dr suggested swimming, but I don't really enjoy it very much

Tai Chi is really good at strengthening the legs especially the ligaments around the knees.
But find a proper teacher not some hippy-dippy type who doesn't recognise it is a martial artComment
