    Glastonbury line-up

    has been announced:

I for one will be relishing the prospect of Shakin Stevens, the Wurzels and the proclaimers.

Not going but sundays lineup seems decent.

Ms Eavis said the festival, which began in 1970, had a long history of attracting rap artists.

      That's rap with a silent 'c'.

Still, anyone that's going, hope you have a good time. At least you can sigh in relief that there's no chance of bumping into me! They should have mentioned that, they'd have sold out in seconds.
Feist - 1234. One camera, one take, no editing. Superb. How they did it
Feist - I Feel It All
Feist - The Bad In Each Other (Later With Jools Holland)

Is that a joke? Sinead O'Connor, Will Young, Jay Z

The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Now I know why the hell there are TV ads promoting Rick Astley's Greatest Hit album. He's going to be making a surprise appearance.

Isn't Glastonbury the equivalent of the Bargain Bin Music Section at Adsas ?

In other words, once an artist you like plays Glastonbury, it's time to ditch the CD's ?
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

I stopped reading NME when it became a mouthpiece for the Socialist Worker's Party.
