    I'm off the bench Phew

Was getting a bit worried, secured a contract direct with the client, now under their wishes I have to find an agent FFS! Oh and work near that there London again, still 6 months on I can work from home!

    Anyway, Phew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Well done Bagpuss but why do you need to find the agent? If the client wants to pay more shouldn't he organise it?

          Nice one baggy.
Why do you need an agent?
I am not qualified to give the above advice!

Cheers guys, They want to keep people at arms length, I find this more and more in my industry now, it used to be possible, but most have in house agencies who perform dutch auctions with suppliers these days.

This has been a scary time on the bench, contracts few and far between, and for what there has been I've been out-bid a couple of times at the final stage.

                  Well done.

8% was the lowest I ever managed when seeking an agent in that scenario. Have you tried seeing if they are happy having an umbrella Co as the middle man, 1% rather than 8% !?

                    Good show Puss.

You've come right out the other side of the forest of irony and ended up in the desert of wrong.
