    Are you trying to out-doom BB and Turion?

    I was worried until I clicked the link. Then saw it is for America. Where almost zero planning restrictions.

    In this country, almost no new houses being built. And immigration. So still huge demand for accomodation. Prices have fallen and will go further - but we will be alot better off than the states.

      Big deal. Its just the natural ups and downs of property. Given that many people thought things were overpriced three years ago..its a good thing.
