I don't like this country any more

We have a government grasping for more taxes to fund our hopelessly bloated and inefficient public sector, feral children running amok killing people, a state that wants more and more control over the people who live in it and the weather's crap (granted, I can't really blame New Lie for that).

6 months 'til I've got enough experience on the CV to apply for my Australia visa

Yes, you can blame the New Lie for the weather.

    Go on, try.
Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.

But look on the bright side - Now at least every one realises what a balls up they've been making of everything over the last ten years, under the cover of prosperity for which they had no credit.

It's eventide for this chicken-tulip bunch, and what do chickens do at night - come home to roost!

Well, they are responsible for not building any more nuclear reactors since they came to power.

The increased percentage of our power coming from Coal / Gas fired power stations could be construed as the UK not doing it's part to reduce Climate Change, which has been blamed for the increased volatility in the local weather conditions.

See, if you try hard enough, you can blame Nu Lie for anything...

Due to new lie building on our greenbelt we now have no natural flood defences, add to that the fact they they refused to provide the environment agency with funding to build flood defences and ways to soak up the water on the ground they have had a direct impact on the way the water in this country is stored and the result is an effect on the natural water cycle.

All this wide open space means more water is drawn up by the sun as there are no trees and foliage to capture it which results in more rain-clouds and ultimately more rain.

This increased level of rain has been washing away what little natural flood defences we have left exacerbating the situation and spiralling into a vicious cycle of more and more rain and less and less flood defences.

Therefore new lie is responsible for all the rain!!!

(There is just as much real science in this post as there is in most of the material new lie refer to when they invent new green taxes)

Oh yes, things will be so much better after we depose this government and replace them with a different gang of incompetents!

You're right - it'd be hard for them to do any worse, but I wouldn't be holding my breath for any improvements.

                    no credit crunch surely?

How much is any government in control of the economy? according to both parties when things go wrong they are quick to blame the "world economy" when things go well it's much more of a local economy.

The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”
