    Crikey, can't believe it's been a year already as I remember this being mentioned here previously. I think the point made last time that he should have used his ROS by now is still valid.

      The IR will probably consider him inside IR35 by now
      The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

      But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

        His self-assessment forms are going to be late too. So he is in for a BIG fine for late payment of tax.
        How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
