    Can I withdraw small loan from Myco - 3K GBP - right away and have the accountant sort the accounts out later - next few days ?

      errrr.. I have what is called director's loan quite often... you don't have to declare all your dividends as dividends, some can be put through as loans, this helps if you are avoiding the dividends threshold.

                Surely in this instance, if you're taking a loan from your company you could instead be paying yourself a salary...
