    What about SAP?

    Hi everybody

Do you think that anybody can learn SAP or you have to come from a specific technical background before you even go near it ?

background in experience is a sure winner.

There's a job here in Edinburgh paying £500 a day. My place is for rent to you for £5K pcm...

What precisely is a "background in experience"?

I've been experiencing stuff during every waking moment (and dream state) since I was born. Is that a sufficient "background in experience"?

Don't bother with SAP, .Net is the future.

Asking that is like asking "can anybody learn Microsoft?" or "can anybody learn science?". It's a big ole world there in SAPville. Do you want to configure, or program? Which module(s)?

Easiest way to start is to be a permie in a company that is just implementing, so you get free training on specific apps and it's relevant in a business sense.

Quickest way is to take a three-week course in Thailand or Bangalore in BW and then claim that you know the whole of SAP, but then you'll be competing with the thousands of others from Bangalore who do likewise.

Stick to .NET, you know it makes sense.....
