    How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

        I disagree. I'm on the little side & if you're less than 38 in the chest or 32 in the waist they don't want to know.

          I don't know what size I am anywhere and I can't remember where I put the tape measure.

          I do know that I can buy two items of clothing from the same shop on the same day with identical measurements indicated on the label, and one of them will fit yet the other will be two sizes away from what I need.

          What on earth is that about?
