    One bedroom flat in London

How much is a one bedroom flat in a nice area of London these days, and what will it be in one years time? I might move there next year.

Depends what you mean by nice area. But I would expect it would be well under £200K by next year.
      Hard Brexit now!

In my 'nice' area of London you won't get much change out of £300k.

Not sure they'll be significantly cheaper this time next year.

          Especially in this strong market

Were the prices 300k in 2002? because that's the level they will probably see again.

The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

An area where I won't be stabbed too often. I don't really know London too well.

Yep, we're all running around stabbing each other all the time.

                  Where do you live again?

Here you go. This looks like a nice one.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
