    Personal investments vs Company

I see SelfTrade do a company investment account allowing your company to trade in all manner of investments with company money.

Pros and cons vs a personal account?

I assume a company allows me to lose all the companies profits on bad investments? What about tax?

There were a few minor capital gains issues I think but whether that is still the case I'm not sure.

What's wrong with just withdrawing the funds and investing personally?

Nothing, I have a personal account with them and then noticed they do a company account and thought maybe, losses can be offset against tax or there is less tax to pay, or some other gain in company investments vs personal ones.
